How sad.... I like the physical differences between different ethnic groups and races. To see people do whatever it takes to get rid of them is sad and, as with most cosmetic surgery, really demonstrates their own insecurities and superficial perception of beauty and self-worth.

Give it a few hundred years and we'll all be a nice shade of not quite white. It's kinda sad though, that such minor differences in racial appearance are so important to people. But yes, appearance does matter, though it shouldn't. That and people will always want to be someone else.
