Bad water shortage in Florida

Are wanting to take water out of the Manatee River to sustain water for all three counties. Manatee has more water than Sarasota and Tampa because Sarasota and Tampa are large cities and use more water than quaint little Manatee (us).
I do not want to drain the Manatee river because it is a beautiful river and needs to be taken care of to sustain alligators, fish, turtles, birds, and hundreds of other species in Florida. If you have been to Florida, you know it is hot and dry, increasing the demand for water. Unbeliveably, up in Michigan, the Great Lakes have had no consideration to be a source of drinking water, because supposedly it "attracts tourists and sustains the state's standards". What do YOU think?

Maybe we can start selling water to the US the same way they sell us gas. Payback time! :P

If they take from the great lakes, you can take from lake ontario. Toronto's sewage is not exactly what I would consider attractive to tourists. :D

Seriously though, I can't believe they do that :/ Our government should step in and force them to use a sewage filtration plant like every other city.
