LOL talk about someone abusing their authority. And the employee also has a responsibility of perhaps scraping that one and making a new one if he saw it was too salty, but certainly not worthy of jail. These people don't get paid enough to go through crap like that.
Send the burger to the CSI lab! LOL

it jars me out when people want to sue fast food places for food quality. whether its too much salt, or its unhealthy if you eat it everyday, people find ways...

First of all, i don't think too much salt is unhealthy.
Secondly, people need to shut up and stop suing for everything. They're a bunch of whiney little jerks and it's just annoying.

They need to totally rework how sueing works. They need to really restrict what you can sue for, or perhaps even remove it completly. If someone is breaking the law, then the law will punish them. Sueing is just a way for people to make easy millions at other people's expense.
