Yeah, not a very serious topic of discussion, but nonetheless, unless you've got your head in the sand, you've heard of her. I have yet to understand why the media makes such a big deal out of everything she does - not just the "tabloid" media, but the news media as well. She's largely talentless, attractive in a cookie-cutter-blond-rich-girl kind of way only.... Is it that she's rich and out of control? Is that why she's such a hot item for the news media? How pathetic. She's almost deified by the media, and I'm sure there are a number of young girls that look to her as a rolemodel. And this whole jail thing... what a mess.

The media pays too much attention to things that don't matter. Such as Paris Hilton. Do I care that she's in jail? Not at all. Why is it on the front page of my newspaper and Iraq the 9th? Media cares too little for the important things too often. I don't think Paris even deserves to be in the newspaper.
I hate America's love for celebrity gossip and such.

ya seriously. The coverage on this is insane. The amount of coverage she's getting would make sense if she killed a major politician or something. But no, she drove under the influence on a suspended license. and got a while 45 days in jail. big. f-ing. deal.

If being an heiress is a talent, then she has another talent. Being a slut.

Now, now. I believe she's moved beyond "slut" and become Maitre d' of the Second Circle of Hell.

Hearing about the queen of promiscuity in every newspaper is preferable over the trashy continuous stories of trains exploding and terroists bombing airports.
If I pick up a newspaper, I don't want to hear about sappy trash such as mothers finding long-lost children and 12 people dying in a bus crash, I want to hear about the world's favourite blonde wench up to her latest tricks.
People say she's out of control, but you know who is really out of control?
The media itself.
It's not Paris Hilton's fault she's a target of the media, it's not like she payed the news stations and papers to broadcast her every move, if you don't like her on the front page of the newspaper, then complain to the media.

Oh well, I thought the Jews had it well in hand.
I would also like to see and hear real news, Paris Hilton not being news. I don't care f the news happens to be about a bus exploding and killing 30 people. That's news. Not Paris.

Paris Hilton is a bad person.
I wouldn't touch her with a 39 1/2 foot pole.
I don't know who the hell thinks she's attractive, but they're insane. Last time i checked, 50 different STDs, insanely strong beer-breath, and just overall total idiocy, isn't attractive.
Her body is probably getting treated better in jail than she treated it out of jail. The government should keep her there just for health reasons. lol.
If Paris Hilton died tomorrow, do you know how many people would be upset?
Her dad, her sister, and the media.
Britany and Lindsay would be too drunk-out-of-their-minds to comprehend the word "funeral."
I wouldn't miss her because frankly, i think if she were dead, the world would be a better place. and we wouldn't have these damn 8 year old kids looking up to her, Lindsay, and Britany as role models.
She makes me want to castrate myself and vomit blood.
Paris Hilton is a bad person.

Her name is getting anoying too. She's getting more attention then the world trade center got on 9/11.

I think she's a plot by the goverment to keep people's mind off the war in iraq. :P

Red, i try to keep my mind on anything except for her. She makes my mind want to kill itself.

And yes, she's even in WoW. There is a character named "Haris Pilton" in the game. But then again, there's also "Shauly Pore" lol

lol her fad probably started in WoW. So many fads started there. One was the chuck norris fad. I think thats died down now. Sad I don't play WoW and I know these things that happen in the game. The funniest thing to happen is that funeral that got raided though.

I really don't like challenging someone's sincerity on something like a life-changing event, but I doubt we'll be seeing anything different out of her in another month or so.

no. it DEFINATELY didn't start in WoW. Especially because the character came out with the expansion on january 16th. that character has only been around for 6 months. paris hilton has been a drunken whore for longer than i can remember.

yes the chuck norris fad probably did start in WoW. and it makes me cry.

no, that funeral raid is not the funniest thing to happen. There are funnier things. Most of the funny things that happen aren't on Youtube. You've gotta play and watch them happen around you lol.

Somehow I doubt that. That barely passable Walker Texas Ranger show was around forever, now that show didn't run for so long because of it's excellent writing, it was all chuck. He has plenty of fans, with odd senses of humor too, no doubt. The more recent chuck norris developments were probably related to the bits appearing on Late Night with Conan O'Brian. He does a lot of Chuck Norris gags with his lever that play Walker clips.

There was a rather amusing video on MSNBC about Paris Hilton though. Mika Brzezinski, just as sick as we are about the Paris Hilton crap, refused to do a Paris Hilton story, ripped it up on air and even tried to burn it!

Actually, the best thing that could happen would be that she'd be "re-born" so-to-speak. Then she'd be less of a media/pop-culture interest and therefore be less "newsworthy".

My thought was that the best thing she could do would be to just rollover and die, but that's just bring even more media attention as they speculate about the cause of death.
