I don't see how his remarks are sexist.... While I didn't care for Rather as an anchorman, I don't care for Couric, either, and it's not because she's female. I think the occasional anchor Elizabeth Vargas on ABC is far superior. In any case, I don't care much for any evening news shows except for the Newshour with Jim Lehrer on PBS.

Anyway. . .I'm not seeing/hearing the sexism either. Getting Couric to get a younger audience? Why? It's 5:00 AM where I am, not too much later elsewhere in the US either.

You didn't hear him say that? He was trying not to say "Paris Hilton", so he said "Rome Marriott." (city/hotel) Well, he did say Paris Hilton anyway.
