Have no clue, its stupid. They do it with emails, forums, phones (telemarketers) flyers.... this world is full of unsolicitated ads. But at least telemarketers and flyers are semi professional, internet spam is just retardely lame. These people have nothing going and should honestly just jump off a building, if they land in a dumpster, at least their good aim will be one thing they've accomplished in life.
