Turkey's Secularism

I've been following this one. It'll be interesting to see what happens in coming months. Hopefully, Turkish secularism will be maintained without the need for a military coup.

You know your country has a problem when your army dierctly warns the government. Or at least that's a problem in my eyes.

We'll see. I'm glad to see that powerful elements in the country are dedicated to preserving Turkish secularism, but even the near-possibility of a coup doesn't bode well for the next decade or two of Turkish democracy.
