Laser magnification

ok, heres the idea. If you fire a laser through a pane of one-way mirrored glass, then have it bounce to another mirror, then another, then back to the first, forming a closed path for the laser with the energy input from the laser emitter, the thermal energy in the laser beam will increase, making it hot enough to burn through materials! a great way to start your evil genius career!
