So Barak has decided to run for President. Does he have enough experience? I notice many people say that he's only been a Senator for two? years and that means not enough experience. But is that true? Let us know what you think, then fight over it.
Just for kicks, would he be a better president than Hilary?

Good question. All I really know about the guy is that he's been mega-hyped by the media. The last person I'm going to vote for is the guy who, during the '04 election on, has been almost incessantly hyped with really nothing of any substance coming up about him.

Obama is seriously running for president? Why is this? For me as well, I know nothing about him, really. Other than he is supported by the media, and he has a neat smile and doesn't look all too bad on camera. I guess that makes you president nowadays. As foor Hilary, I think she'd be alot more strict. I bet she would reinstate the draft. But I'm a republican, so who am I to agree with Hilary?

I don't believe in Party loyalties as being beneficial to the greater good. I voted for Bush in 2000 because I was voting for the people like Colin Powell, Rummy, and Condi Rice, who at the time, if I recall correctly, were pretty well slated as those he'd have advising him. Seeing Al Gore and the corrupt-as-hell reverenD jessE jacksoN often at his side disgusted me. Al Gore didn't seem natural at all. He seemed like he had tons of coaching before any public speech. Aside from that, he hadn't accomplished anything substantial, in my opinion. Bush seemed more natural, but ignorant as well. So it came down to voting for either Bush's possible team, or the typical token minority and special interest representatives that'd most certainly have ended up in Gore's inner circle.
I didn't vote in '04 because I couldn't, in good conscience, vote for either. The choice was between an ignorant incompetent spoiled rich boy, and an inconsistent, condescending spoiled rich boy.
I don't know if I'll vote in this next Presidential election. Obama is interesting, I'll admit that, but I'm not going to vote for him based on hype. He's got to prove that he's either got a good track record worth voting by, or that he's got a lot of potential for greatness - neither of which I've seen yet.
On the Republican side, I kind of like McCain, but we'll see. I think he's at least got integrity, and anymore, integrity makes up a large portion of my opinion on a person.
It'll all come down to what these guys (and gal) offer as solutions to issues, and how honest they seem (and hopefully are). But if it comes down to voting between two hopeless fools, I won't vote for any Presidential Candidate and focus instead on local elections.

He's a black supremacist, he even says so in his book. But honestly people have been considering blacks as inferior for much too long (I could go in depth, but this isn't a race debate), and they are the original race. I'd be willing to give Obama a chance if I was American.
