Most of my family is computer illerate, it's scary. I'm like the only person who can use one without doing something stupid.
I left the KVM in the server room switched to the server still logged in as root once, now THAT was a bad idea, my mom goes to use the computer that's hooked up to that switch and starts messing around with all the cables, suprised she did not start typing random stuff in the console while she was screwing with the server. Took me a good half hour to reconnect everything properly, man that was a mess. All she had to do is turn the damn switch! Geeeze, much easier the unplugging everything. LOL

my Dad is an engineer... so besides taking awhile to type an email up and not understanding yahoo, it also has to be perfect because of his occupation.

Yeah, you don't know how hard it is to clean blood stains off a keyboard. Having worked in a corporate environment, I feld sorry for the level 2 tech who had that job. Cleans nicely off monitors though. Personally I'd just dump the keyboard but I guess it would get expensive after a while.
