My sister gets after me for not eating the required number of servings of fruit and vegetables, so I'm wondering who ate fruit and vegetables today. I had some raisins and dried apricots with my lunch. For supper, my wife made roast beef with potatoes and carrots, so I'm all set for today. :ian:

I never understood the recomended portion thing. What is it again? 12 portions of fruits/vegies? Then there's a certain amount of the 3 other groups. If we all ate all that in 1 day, we'd all be super fat.

That said, I have not eaten any fruits or vegitables today. Oh wait, I did, ate soup for lunch, most likely had some in there. :P But equivalent to maybe 1/2 a portion. :D

Were they even fruit-flavored?

Better yet, vegetable tic tacs. Carrot or broccholi or green bean.

Having grapefruit automatically gives you permission to have lots of sugar. :D
