9.) A quarter and a dime. If one isn't a quarter, than the other has
to be.

10.) The third word is what. When I said what is the 3rd word, I was
stating a fact as in the word what is the 3rd word.

What? The stairs have to go up to a second floor? What about the basement, or perhaps some Pet Stairs?

Though the leaves on a pine tree are often called needles, they are still leaves. And yes they have pine cones too, though I don't know what that has to do with anything. They may blow in the wind too, but the question asked about the leaves.

4.) How many word's make up Webster's Dictionary?

I can't help but criticize the grammar on this one. "word's" is the possessive form. And "Webster's Dictionary" should be in quotes if it is talking about the phrase, otherwise it speaks of the dictionary.

I suppose that depends on which definition of the word widow you are using. Per Merriam-Webster a widow is

1 a : a woman who has lost her husband by death and usually has not remarried b : GRASS WIDOW 2 c : a woman whose husband leaves her alone frequently or for long periods to engage in a usually specified activity <a golf widow>

a grass widow btw, is defined as

1 chiefly dialect a : a discarded mistress b : a woman who has had an illegitimate child
2 a : a woman whose husband is temporarily away from her b : a woman divorced or separated from her husband

So she could have remarried, though usually the term widow no longer applies, but not always. Also it could be that she just never sees her husband.

Baby cows drink milk.

Cingular is the new at&t, so who knows anymore.

"What" obviously doesn't end in "-gry", and that is the only context in which the tertiary can be inferred in this statement (as the 3rd word that ends in "-gry")
