Update [Jan 15 07] - more evasion fixing, and pigment flaw

* Evasion now blocks pain spike and strangle ticks, as well as creature breath (dragon, leviathan, etc)
*Frenzied whirlwind damage has been reduced as it was doing 12 ticks of 20ish damage every second, a tad overpowered. It is now capped at 10 and can do anywhere from 6 to 12 ticks instead of a fixed value of 12.
* Fixed pigment of tokuno exploit which allowed to dye items that are not in your backpack.
Note: If you have any locked down artifacts that are berserker red and want them changed back, page staff and we will change it to any hue you want - but it must be currently berserker red otherwise we won't change it.
