If you know about a crime, don't you think that you yourself should be reporting it?

The fact that you posted that will get you caught. Good criminals don't go a blurt out what they did and ask if they'll get caught... but is there really such thing as a good criminal?

Out of curiosity was the card issued by Bank of Florida, or City National Bank. <_> A very wild guess, I know.

Using a stolen credit card is stupid alone, anyway. First off, credit card companies have pretty good fraud protection systems. Just look at a credit card bill for example, it shows each transaction done that month, and the location. So well, yeah, he'll get caught.

Hmm, by the sounds of it he's already caught a particularily bad case of the lesser spotted Idiot Virus. And from this, I'm afraid, there is no recovery.

Best bet is when (note, when not if) the police hunt you, erm sorry, your "friend" down. tell them you have contracted the idiot virus and they might not sodomise you.

Have a nice day.

The only possibly path to recovery right now is to return the card to the owner with the equivalent money spent in cash, heck, double it to be safe, and tell them to not say anything. And I said possibly since they might still get the cops involved anyway, but if it's done in a nice way maybe they'll take it good and not take further action, but remember they still have the legal right to do so. A "sorry" usually does not help with stuff like this.

He will get caught, there is no "chance", he will, chances are he probably already did, if the lady reported it...my cousin's girlfriend stole a credit card from a guy she was pissed off at and used it online, she got arrested and put in jail for 6 months.

there is no chance he won't get caught, it could be days, weeks, or even months from now till it catches up to him, but it will sooner or later, and chances are you'll get in trouble for being an accessory or accomplice, if you were with him that is...because my mom was just with a lady forging stolen checks, and a couple weeks later she was arrested.
