I'm just guessing, but from looking, i think it's;

0-50 - Level 0
50-100 - Level 1
100-500 - Level 2
500-1000 - Level 3
1000-5000 - Level 4
5000+ - Level 5

I don't know where they go after that, and that was just a guess anyway.
