it'll be about 4 am when this trip starts i think.
my friend (steve) called and he was taking a friend home (about a 35 minute drive), and steve got pulled over, steve has an expired license (3 days) and i guess there was some problem with his insurance too. sooo steve's getting a ride back with another friend from where he is now back home at which point i'll take his other friend back to his home 35 minutes from here where steve got pulled over.
wish me good luck and feather lite eyelids as they're feeling a little like a ton of bricks already.

ugh just got back it's 6:37AM and i haven't slept in a looooong time. the 35 minute trip (35 minutes there, 35 back) got prolonged waaay too long cuz it's raining cats and dogs and i spent most of the driving time going 45 miles per hour. it got so bad i had to slow down to 35 just to see the lines on the road a few times, the sun started coming up thank god so i could see a little. but we all make it there and back safe and sound.

Wow fun times. I need to get my G2... I keep forgetting to call the drive test place.
I think I'm ready, though I heard they make you really nervous by looking straight in your face while driving, and writing down notes on your every move.

Yeah G1 is beginners, you need someone in the car if you drive, G2 you can drive on most roads alone, but not on the 400 series highways, then G is the final license. It takes like over a year to get a full license. It's rediculous. So many tests and stuff to take and they trick you allot. It's pointless since an example question is.
How far do you need to be from a fire hydrant when parking?
1) 3 metres
2) 4.5 metres
3) 5 metres
5) 6 metres
So if the answer is 2, but you put 3 or 5, it's wrong. but in a real life situation it's not. If you think it's 5 so you make sure to part within 5 or more, it's not unsafe.
Lot of questions like that, which are pointless. The blood alcohol level ones are the worse it's all decimals like 0.01 0.07 0.092 etc... yeah sure I'll actually know the exact number while driving. How about I just don't drink and drive at all, problem solved.

we have all those here in he states, the blood alchohol content was just recently just changed to .08 so some people won't even have a buzz but still be over the limit.
You're nineteen and can't drive alone? ooo here most places you can drive alone at 16 after taking a course and the tests.

Yeah same, but by the time you go through that you're older. Unless you go each step day to day, like the minute I finish the course, go take the test, type of thing, but I was kind of slow. Practised for like 1 year then now I need to go for the test, still nurvous though, basically you do one little mistake and you fail, and its like 200 bucks per try or something like that.

here it's free, any yahoo can drive and once your eighteen all you have to do is take the test and you're in. it's not that hard though, it's just one test and there's only like 100 possible questions, so you could study for like a week and ACE it
