I just recently joined a new forum, called Debate the Issues, and I thought I would give it a shameless plug here. Hey Red, the administator of the site agrees with us about a number of things. :D

The administrator of Debate the Issues has switched to an Invision board instead of his old Proboard, so I figured I should add the new link. I would start a discussion of the relative advantages of Invision over Proboard, but I haven't the faintest what they are.

Well first off they'll have full control over the board, that's really the biggest advantage.

I would rather run phpbb on my own server/host then run a proboards using the most advanced bbs, like vB or something.

If I debate your point about debates being angry, would I be showing hatred? I don't think so.

Oh, and what a nice loving sig you have there. :P

In my sig, that's Johnny's personal message, not mine.
"American Recordings and Johnny Cash would like to acknowledge the Nashville music establishment and country radio for your support."
This was a full-page ad in Billboard magazine 3/14/98

As far as angry debates. No, you would probably at one point get upset and then we'd be back to what came first. The Chicken God or the egg.
Don't read to deeply into my statements. I'm strictly here for the entertainment.

An even better debate site.

Johnny Cash was pretty good as an actor, I always felt that he was completely cheated out of an Oscar for some of his movies.

He was absolutely amazing as Jesus in The Passion of the Christ.

That guy can act his ass off, let me tell you.

You might know him for his more famous endeavor as a hot dog maker.

The commercial went something like, "M-I-C-K-E-Y...Oscar Meyer weiners are for me!"

It was hot and, coincidentally enough, starred Johnny Cash.

That guy has mad skillz.

Little known fact, btw.

When the Academy Awards first started, the show was pretty low-budget.

So, instead of the gold statue, they used to give people really big weiners to put in theirs buns...if you know what I mean. :domel:

I just thought I would bump this up so it's near the top again. I sometimes go to the library after work to visit this debate site: http://s9.invisionfree.com/Debatetheissues/index.php?act=idx and it is easier to come here and link over than it is to remember that whole url. I am sooooo lazy.
