An interesting read regardless of what side of the piracy issue you may be on. Talking with different people in the scene, it gives an overview of what goes into a pirated release and a look at the pirate pyramid distributing files - a system which could be perceived as "a vast criminal enterprise engaged in wholesale copyright infringement" but plays more like a game of who can get and move files the fastest.
