fired some luna NPCs

Lot of them were slacking, specially in the mage department, they kept going for smoke breaks every 5 minutes, and hanging out with the "herbalist" so I don't think this was some regular smoking going on. This should slightly reduce lag in Luna, and make it a smoke free environment.
