Update [Sept 2 07] - random fixes

Early SW ending tonight, had to leave and wanted to ensure it compiles properly before I leave.
* Elven composite lowbow base damage has been increased to 19-22
* Magic wands and fireworks wands special abilities now work properly
* Fixed orc scout body value
