I find that I'm usually stressed out when I'm wholy encompased by the details of what surrounds me. by taking a step back and looking at life as a whole for me is much more easily acceptable.

In order to relieve stress, I may…

…experience the arts (literature, music, etc.).

…be with nature.

…exercise.

…sleep.

…eat.

…do something I’m good at.

If you don’t mind my asking, are you having problems with stress?

Not sure if it works for everyone, but I just do nothing about it at all. I just act as if I'm not stressed. It's not easy though since it's ingoring it, but yet, ingoring it in the back of the mind, and not just telling myself "ok the stress is not there". It's really hard to explain.
But I don't get very stressed too often, like I'll get stressed at some time or the other but it's usually over something small, or something that I know I don't have to be stressed over. So I can consider myself lucky in that sense.

Yea a little. I feel the stress about doing something and when i go to do it half the time i'm just thinking about how stressful it is. Never get it done and everything just eats away at me...

I face it head on, take it as it comes, and don't allow

I agree, stress is not an issue with me because I never let it get built up. How do I do that, but dealing with whatever issue is stressing me out, thinking about it and figuring out ways I can deal with it. If you think about anything long enough, you figure out some solutions.

I get in my car, turn the stereo up and scream my blurdy lungs out. I usually end up with a mildly sore throat, but that's better than other things

speaking of college being easy, I did a 10-minute mid term exam today, and got my results today (unlike high school where you sometimes have to wait weeks) and I got 87%
I would never have pulled that off in high school.

In my Cal and Cal II classes, we would take the class, and 3 hours later we could check online for our grades. Of course, all of our homework was from the web as well, so.....
