Update[jan 13 07] - special shots, rune beetles and sounds

*Rune beetles are now like rabid squirrels, they have a 100-200 cap in each skill that is randomly determined.
* Item repair deeds can now be used anywhere. This is more of a convenience factor, as it allows you to keep some in your bank or what not, and repair items anywhere.
*frenzied whirlwind now does damage overtime, it did, but the delay was so short it was basically like a one time deal, except multiple numbers, now there's more of a delay to it.
*I uncommented the line of code to make talon strike work. Also tweaked a it's inner workings a bit.
*updated some sounds such as tekagi, frenzied whirlwind and duel wield.
