I ordered my camera via newegg, with rush shipping and next day air to get it super fast, well the next day I got an email saying they couldnt verify my address so I got them my banks number, and some other information, the next day the same thing! I call them up give them more info, that they say I never gave them. So the next day I get home from work your order has been canceled we where unable to verify your address.
So I contact newegg this time the tell me well if you register your debt card with visa this would have been taken care of off the bat. Okay so Im T'ed off so today I reorder the camera sorrt your credit card has been declined. I call my bank newegg took the money out even before they started to verify my address. I call newegg well we can refund your money do you want us to do that

duh! You cancelled my order duh refund my money! but if you couldnt verfiy my address why the hell did you even take it out if you cant even process the order? well you can replace the order once thge money is back in your account in 5-7 days and now sence your card in on record we will be able to send it right thru.

Now this wouldnt have been that big of a deal but I only have about 6 full days off and some time before and after work to learn to use this Digital SLR camera that I am forking out $1200(usd) for my step sister wedding, not to mention I need 2 days to practice with the equipment I am going to be renting for the wedding (2 lenses, a ext. flash, and a tripod).

I hear allot of people say bad things about newegg.

So I guess they are not that great after all... but I wish there was a Canada version though, since you can't beat their prices.

I've heard nothing but good things from people I know that ordered from New Egg... Of course, I've never bought from them cause their prices make me wariy

newegg is okay. they have some of the best processor selection available, but that's about it. their prices aren't that great, and they do have issues.

Newegg is good but FedEx sucks I would like to say to goalguarder12 Bring this up to your boss. "switch your carrier.

I can understand why they do it, but I am still waiting on my $1200 to be refunded so I can re-order my camera. Its just very annoying they didnt tell me up front how to make sure you can actually get your order.
