Right then, let's get cracking! How many joints can you crack? I can crack my shoulders, knees, and back.

I have a bad habbit of cracking my fingers all the time, I can crack my index and middle finger with only that hand using my thumb. that's as far as I go though, not very good for the bones to do that. I'm trying to get out of the habit of cracking the fingers, but it seems once you start you can't stop!

When you crack a joint you release air bubbles built up from movement, producing the freer feel to the joint.

Fingers, toes, knees, elbows, neck, enitire back. Horrible habit, I know. The kicker is, the more you crack them the stiffer they consequently become, so unless you just completely stop, it's a downward spiral.

Fingers, toes, neck, and back. My fingers I probably crack too much, I used to crack my neck too much but I got that under control I only occasionally pop my toes and back.

only one a day, if i do more than 1 joint a day, then i will get caught by the cops. i only have so many incents so cover up the smell and smoke. and those joints aren't cheap either!

none intentionally, and I hate that hearing that sound. It is bad enough when my knees get frisky on me and decide to make bad noises on their own accord. What I find more disturbing is how they react now to minor bumps with a hard object.
