RULE CHANGES
This is the start of a changelog for the forum rules created in order to make members more aware of rule changes. The first post in this thread (the post right above this one) [s]always represents our current rules and[/s] (These rules are no longer current. Please see http://www.anythingforums.com/rules.php for our current rules.) is edited with each update in the changelog.

______

Approx. 2004-07-29T16:13-5:00

Two rules were removed:

Advertising threads that are in the wrong section will be moved, and the author will receive a 10% increase in warning level.

Although it is generally not appreciated when new members start a thread entirely about their site, you are allowed one thread devoted to your advertising. Any second advertising thread (even on a different topic) will be deleted. At that time, you will receive a 10% increase in warning level. Any advertising threads made after the second will result in banning regardless of the warning level.
