There seems to be an issue with random mobs not aggroing and just sitting in one spot. This is a known issue and will be looked into eventually.

So enjoy the easy tames while they last.

This should now be fixed, post if you still see newly spawned mobs not aggrowing. Theres a possibility that some that have been around for a while act this way, though.
