okay its like this. i'm glad i had this old crt sitting at the ready for all 8 yr's
because that flat panel started with smoke signals after it went and started flickering the screen.

so i'm in need of what you think is the best monitors for under 100 us dollars.
20 inch vga and 1600 x 1200 screen res. at max. :yo:

looking for new one not re-manufactured. :no no no:

looked around my self and found some but was not sure which one was best at long lasting when heavly used,

anyone have any favorites for best detail and best color?

You wont find 1600 x 1200 for under $500, at least when I checked... they were really expensive. Also way too big (physically). Resolutions have really stagnated and there's not much out there unfortunatly. I'm not aware of any monitors under $100 but most are under $200. I recently bought this one:

http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=73007&vp...cs&promoid=1338

1920 x 1080 resolution. $129. I'm using it now and it's great. I still have my two 1280*1024 monitors as well. Running 3.

Thats a nice price on that 23 inch but i dont have enough room on the desk for that wide of screen, got to kind of fit new one in to same narrow space i think thats about 20 bucks more here, for that LG.
