AOV loves to bring events to the players but not everyone can participate at certain times. Our standard event times have been the following:
-Fridays from 9PM eastern to 12PM eastern. These usually range from monster bashes, invisible mazes, treasure chests games, mob races, tourneys, etc.
This topic is to discuss other possible dates and times for our players who cannot attend during those times. Some players might be sleeping at those times or they may also be busy at that specific time on that day (Sports, hobbies, etc). So here's what you can do:
Post the day and time which you would find best for an event (Please calculate the time in Eastern, there is a tool you can use to convert the time. It is posted in the event section of the forum). Also post the reason why it would be a good time:
Example: Thursdays at 8PM Eastern time. Reason it's good is I have piano lessons on fridays at 9PM so I can't participate at that time.
Although we can't always run events, we don't want to leave anyone out by having the events at the same time and same day every week. Therefore, if there are other dates and times, we can alternate event days and times for all our players.
