Your Bump-A-Site script looks great however doesnt seem to work. Any info You can give Me about it would be helpfull. i would like to use it but it seems corrupt, the download that is. Please advise.

Oh that is so old, I don't even support it anymore, at all. It was actually quite buggy but never got around to fixing it, then lost interest in it. There's probably a lot of better ones out there. Thanks for your interest though.

Do you know of any scripts out there with a simuliar format as Yours. I like the idea of a bump a site format instead of the simple vote sites out there.

I don't know of any specifically, but it might not be hard to modify one. Basically you want to sort by date of last vote instead of by votes.
