anyone have a Pcmcia card installed?

if so how do you get the wireless dial up connection to use the
connection manager of the card.
if you can't do that how do you get rid of the dial up connection for the pcmcia card.
the link from the card set up that was on the desk top keeps giving me a warning
when i connect.
warning you already have a connection do you still want to connect to the web?
the only thing that it finds is the dial up connection for the pcmcia card.
so i am wanting to get rid of the warning or the connection that is causing the alert.
do you that have the cards installed remember how ?
and do you that do networking know how?
