Surprisingly, Microsoft has embedded into its new Vista operating system a feature that makes things easier than ever for true, mass software pirates. These tricksters will be able to produce thousands of Windows PCs machines that won't demand activation indefinitely — at least for a year or more.

that's great. Makes sense though. The ever lucrative corporate customers have to bend over backwards to make microsofts convoluted licensing work on a large scale. No doubt they had to put in a back door to keep them happy.
Microsoft should learn they can't have it both ways.

Good to know. I was trying to find a 3rd party program with no luck. Another option was running windows update, but NO. I don't even want to enable that service and start having it download and install stuff without my control, such as that WGA thing. Specially not on a live server.
