Lately, I had it crash like 5 times, for no reason. It was perfected, but they insist on making updates, but lately all the updates have been doing is making it crash more. Anyone else notice this? I hope they aren't going to turn to crap since I really like the browser.

There's always Opera I suppose
. I haven't had any trouble with firefox for a long time. And I'd say the updates are a side effect of firefox becoming more and more ubiquitous. Just the same though, it's quite possible firefox is reaching it's peak as far as quality and innovation.

It erks me because it STILL can't display certain sites worth a dam.
One site I was on the other day just displayed a blank page untill I looked at it with IE.
Also, it won't play embedded sound from certain sites/ posts.
But its not crashing
I have Firefox/2.0.0.2

Yeah really since 2.0 I don't see any more improvements they can make, so it comes a time where they simply should stop updating unless something is found that can be fixed.

Although it hasn't happened lately, I have had FF crash on me quite a few times. There was one week it kept doing it but lately it's been fine. I did find the load up times for pages getting a little on the slow side but that's probably just my connection causing it.

Most of my firefox crashes have had less to do with firefox, and more to do with crappy pages laden with bad java.

Yeah I've disabled java. I can't stand pages with java, makes my whole machine freeze whenever it loads the aplet.
