for win9x users

it is now starting to happen more but i don't know how much.
so here is a warning and how to find the fix for it.
if you are using win9x and have vbs files you use and have windows scripting host turned on.
and all works fine one day but the next day you start getting an error with every script you try and use.
and that alert is as follows.
" some line in the script? "
" some charactor number in that line "
"warning reading-- ( Improper version of "RPC STUB " ) "
the first two items in the alert are not important and more then likely are
not the cause. what you need to read is the warning that is what
you need to search for if the site in the link below is gone.
that more then likely means that one of the new updates or programs you installed
overwrote some files in your os that was for a newer os and messed up your system for scripting. more then likely the files are for winXp only.
the way i got mine fixed on the win9x system was to find a patch from ms called.
" mcrepair.exe "
this is a url for a message about this type of error it also has the link to find the repaire exe from ms for it.

hope this helps everyone that needs it.
