You think you'll be playing once it's installed? false. You'll need to download and install another 3 gigs of patches lol. At least its that bad from what I heard... did not get into wow myself but pretty much everyone in my class is.

lol its true >< if its anything like ffxi then ya you wont be playing anytime soon
remember patches are released on a regular basis so its normally not bad to grab 1 patch every time its released but since your dealing with a new install you need to get ALL of em so have a nice night

well 500k per second makes the dling faster but it is true took me like 5 hours the first time i installed mine but if you have a friend then get him just to transfer the files over a lan connections. Takes like a min.
Anyway I'd say WoW is worth it. I bought Oblivion and WoW at the same time and because of WoW I played about 3 hours on Oblivion in total and it's a wicked game don't get me wrong but WoW is just so darn fun and all! Totaly worth 15 a month, barely any down time but it's up to you.

sounds exactly like ff11
how long does it take to lvl say 1 to 5?
leveling starts out fun then turns into one of those tasks that start to get annoying as you get higher lol
wow sounds like a game i would enjoy but its pay monthly so no wow for me
if i enjoy a game i can play it for a long time so monthly fees are not good for me
i dont need another 300+ dollar game
ffxi ran me near 300 the day i bought it for ps2 plus at least 100 in fees
dont want to do that again

WoW only cost me a little over 100 plus a game card which is 30 buck for 60 days. I once went to a lan party at my friends and there was about 5 of us all playing WoW ( I got to plan on his massive LCD tv
) I played from about 5-6pm to 3 am and I was lvl ten by the end. That's not really fast compared to some of my other friends who know how to lvl quickly and stuff because they've done it so often. Normaly it still doesn't take long.
Mike If you can't find anymore quests that means it's time to move onto a different region. I am not sure what region/faction you are but check out the WoW forums or this site will give you an idea
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/basics/regionlevels.html . You should be doing quest till your in your high 30s there is a point where you don't get many quests till I think either your 40s or late 40s. So you'll basically have to grind ( for those of you who don't know what that means it's killing mobs/NPCs) The best part of the game is doing runs. I personally haven't gone on many high lvl runs atm but the ones I have been on are fun. better if you have a guild and some people from your town in it too.
