Laptops and (Hibernation?)

well i have my girlfriends laptop so i can play my Favorite video game (Ultima Online) and i want to be able to leave it on overnight without it disconnecting from the internet... Currently i am using wireless and if i leave the laptop alone for longer than 10 minutes the screen goes blank and it disconnects its connection. I HAVE checked in the Power Settings and turned off Hibernation/and all the harddisk/monitor settings are set to Never and it still does this.. What do i do?

Under Device Manager, click on your network adapter to bring it's properties up & look on the power settings

Uncheck 'allow computer to turn off this device to save power',see pic below
