Update[Jan 8 07] - arty drops + more

*All Demitel bosses now drop the artifact in the backpack. There is a 10% chance that a boss drops an artifact, and only one person with loot rights can receive one.
*Blood elemental spawning beast has been slightly tweaked
*all artifact messages including tots, martys, and gaunt appear in blue text
*all paragons have a 10% chance of dropping a talisman as loot.
*Added a quest, the NPC can be found on top floor of luna and is called "Lord Sawyer the Sheriff of Malas". You must go around and kill smuggler's (easily noticeable by their names) and kill their mount, if they carry the requested papers, bring it back to the npc and you get a 1.5% chance of a random arty deed or 5% chance of random skill gain deed, and 1-5k gold. Also if you want a cool dark giant beetle, that's a way of getting one.
*Grim Reaper's Strike artifact will not summon undead if you are inside a town region. Also this artifact will be charged based at some point, so enjoy the unlimited charges while it lasts.
