Ridiculous Please don't kill me

Ok now I know alot of ya are probably going to kill me for this but I am just beginning Turing 4.0 and i need help with all the basic prgoramming like putting in pctures and such. I was hoping to create an Rog style game but I have no idea as to where to begin....;_; so I was hoping someone here would be able to point me in the right direction please...
