1.) Find the file SYSWB6 on your computer and rename it.
2.) Right click on it and choose a compatibility mode that you know will not work with your existing operting system.
3.) Restart your problem computer,
4.) Go to control panel and then go into internet options, then choose the connections tab, at the bottom of that click LAN settings
5.) Uncheck or make sure “use a proxy server for your LAN” is unchecked.

Deleted some stuff that was OT and such and there's more to it but I wont go there. Nothing to worry really.
