Hmm I'm at work now so can't really do much. How big is it? maybe try renaming it to .jpg or something and temporary put it in the staff lounge. That or you can use the news gmail account and send it there then retrieve it.

Yes, I know. What about the X, square/arrow, and - buttons? What do I do with the close and minimize buttons? Seperate images? Or leave them on there? And the little balls for the volume and what-not, seperate images?

close minimize and what not seperate and the knobs to I also need a smaller version of the knobs for the EQ. Don't rush to get tis done good skins take time "quality has to go in before time goes out!"

Now.... criticize. Especially the Color Themes. That bar... Just doesn't look right. What else will give it the same effect?

i think its the colored bar that throws off the look a lil so why not hide the color bar till the "color themes" button is clicked?

other then that i cant see anything wrong ... i love it im gonna have to download winamp so i can use the skin

That colored bar, IS the button. Along with the words. That's the problem, I can't think of an icon to fit the Color Themes button.

maybe if you make the words "color themes" The colors of the bar then the words can be the icon. Im loving it.

So, keep EVERYTHING on the layout PLUS give you the seperate images?

Actually, it's ALL in lower case. Look closely. That's just how the font is. It's weird. I can't really make it look better.

Looks great, but only thing, isin't it kind of huge? I did not really consider it until I took a look at the default winamp skin, not really a big issue, it's just maybe some people will be bothered. But we can always go by ear (or by eye lol) and see what people think, once it's released.

Well, I find it just fine. I mean, normally don't you minimize your media player while doing anything else? So the size won't get in the way, just make it easier to navigate.

please refrane from the bad language it hurts my eyes

i think he is busy trying to make the skin the way you want it. i looked at the lesson on how to make a modern skin and the number of changes to make one is a big pain in the accordion. so he might just be trying. there is also the possiblity that he has gone back to school already.?

did you try to email him?

i looked over the last few messages you posted pryo.. and the play button doesnot turn in to a pause button on winamp it has to have both buttons.
