Going well here. No more power outages so far. Only a few flickers. I decided to do my first defrag since Christmas, did not noticed my D drive is fat32, it's taking a LONG time. I'm posting from the other PC. I realized if I hit the monitor very hard and hold it so it stops moving from the hitting, it stops making that ennoying high pitched noise. :biglaugh:

One of my teachers got that worm. He's going to pay someone to fix it.

Our school also installed Linux-based proxy servers to monitor what we do online. That's sort of nice. I like seeing Linux in schools. Our other servers are Windows-based...

Ours too are windows/Novell. No body in my region is Novell certified so they are thinking of going to a 100% windows network. I should get my cert for novell, that would be so cool. I could most likely finish off high school and get a job from there as all the companies and stuff would want me! That would be kind of cool.

..but I know nothing about Novell. :D

lol

I've been doing well. I'm going golfing today with my dad. I did not golf in a few years so I'll be very dangeraus, but it will be fun.

I installed some plugs and switches at my sister's house. Man the old ones were like 1960's or something. They looked funny. :D

Hello

I had to unplug, been gone most of the day. Bad weather here, thought that storm would never end. I didn't even have time to log out, it was boom, all of a sudden! May get more tonight.

Tak, did the storm pass over your area?

Red, how did your golf game go? Kill any squirrels? :roflmao2:

Golf, we played 9 holes with a maximum of 10, I got fairly near 90. :roflmao2: I need practice. I did not kill alot of squirrels though, so that's good.

Next time we'll get a multi-terrain golf cart. One that can go in water and in the bush. J/K

Wait till I get that poster bot to work.

J/K

It will be smarter then the current one I use which simply repeats posts (all it does is send the same data to the server X times)

Hello, tak! I'm good, thanks. :)

Are you enjoying school? I know you were anxious to begin the new school year.

Why do you want to live in Montreal?

YES! I am very much enjoying it. Especially French.   It is so fun!
Why do you want to live in Montreal?
Because it's the second biggest French-speaking city in the world. (Paris comes first.) I don't want to live in France, but I want to be somewhere where I need French.

I am getting strange e-mails from people I don't know. I never share my e-mail address with the public, so I don't see how I can get so much spam! I found nine junk messages when I checked my e-mail this afternoon. I have never gotten anything like that before.

Glad to hear you are enjoying school. :)

If you are getting strange emails, make sure your anti-virus is updated and run a virus scan. You may also have some spyware, it would be a good idea to check for that as well.

Use win2k it's better. You don't have a problem in winxp, winxp IS the problem.

Actually I can't really say that as I never used it.
