Don't mind me, I'm just passing by with my new car. IE 5.0, win2k straight out of the box baby! no video drivers, who neds those?

Just glad I finally figured out how to get my sata drive working. I just hope once all this clean install is done, that I never, ever experience anything like what I went through in the past week or so. that was a total nightmare. :o  (wow, ie 5.0 supports javascript :P)

Oh man, feels awesome to be posting from my own windows system now. As much as I hate you windows, I missed you!

Seriously though this shows how linux has tons more to do before it's suitable as a desktop OS. About the only thing I could do with that temp machine is go online, and even that was not as nice as windows. The text in linux is all weird and stuff.

Aside from windows ME, i think Windows is good and too often people just say it sucks to say it sucks....

Yeah, win2k is not really that bad. What makes windows bad is explorer.exe... if they actually took time to fix all the "hang" bugs in that, windows would be so much more reliable. explorer is the shell that controls everything, so when that goes screwy, you can't do much.

Wow, only a few weeks and I'm done work, then go back to college. While I really enjoy this job, I also look forward to having more free time on my hands to catch up with everything. Especially that huge crash, it really put me behind. Can't wait to get home so I can troubleshoot the "usb device" popup issue then configure a few more things and make an image, then I'll be all set. Still have to redo all my macros in UO :/ That's a long tedious task. I need to find a way to backup those.

Sounds good to me. How do you like the tail? I tend to leave mine Bouce™ fluffy, but I can wax it if you want.
