That's good. I don't know what I would do if I was away from my PC at times like that. I guess I would just have to hope for the best and worry a lot.
Does your husband have an understanding of computers like you do? My mother knows a little bit about them, but my father knows absolutely nothing about a computer.

All hubby knows about the pc is to unplug it when it starts thundering. I don't mean shut it down...just pull the plug and disconnect the phone line. Whatever works!

I think my father could do that....
It's a funny thing really. He is the one that bought this thing, but he never uses it.

My husband, Jesse, bought 2 in '98 for the company, just for a tax write off. His son got one of them. Well, there it set. I got it all set up and had to get someone to get me online. It was like, ok I'm online, now what!
Took some private lessons and still didn't feel like I knew anything except never run without an AV program and disconnect during storms. We went through the whole DOS thing first, which went right over my head. I hate DOS!

I hate DOS too! I am hoping it dies out in a couple of years.
Well... I am going to bed. Goodnight, Wren.

Good morning! Bad crappy weather here today. Well we've been having crappy weather since we got A/C, go figure. He hardly used it so far because of this. But today it's pushing it. Not only is it cold, but it's raining to make things worse!

Honk if you love Jesus, text if you want to meet Him!
Yep, you said you wouldn't need it after the installation.
Looks like we are in for more storms, I hear distant thunder now! Today is my stepdaughter's wedding. The family pics will be made around 5 o'clock. I can see it now...we're all going to look like drowned rats!

Nope. We do have the sun out today though, but it's still cold and windy. It's been 20 or lower all week. What I don't get is that when it's 25, we are dying of heat, and 20, we are freezing. It's only 5 degrees difference!

Wren, that is so true! Red, I don't think you would like our weather.
I am about to rip all my Enya CDs to a higher-quality format. I had them all ripped in low-quality mp3!
22 MB for each song though using FLAC!
Actually I would not mind very hot weather. When it hits us, we just arn't use to it, but I have to admit I rather be too hot than too cold. This is also said by an A/C owner...
