Indeed. Holidays in general have no special meaning to me except in the meaning they may hold to the people I care about. I always found it strange that one should have to set aside a special day to remember something, usually something that ideally a person would keep with them always. As if making a big deal about something one day, makes up for all the other days when you couldn't be bothered with it.

This valentines day sure could have been different if that suicide pact thing had not have been uncovered and stopped. We would be seeing some crazy stuff on the news in the morning. Would have been a valentines to remember.
