yeah it's something stupid I did... not even sure what and it's not really fixed yet. admin cp still shows tons of errors.

IPB 2.0 is horrible for server syncing because even though on my LAN server it's the exact same DB and exact same files, it still does not act the same. It somehow magicly stores variables who knows where. Was trying to fix this to no avail.

allot of pages are still not working. The dreaded "no database selected" error. That is the most unuseful stupid error I have ever seen, they could at least give a line number.

yes, i've discovered computers have a sense of magic that angers most humans who deal with them. computers are the merlins of our time. or expensive decorative things that go on desks.

Now I remember what I was originally trying to do. SCADA alarms (alarms triggered when naughty stuff happends) were being thrown in some file in the AF folder instead of in the iceteks one, so in the process of trying to correct this, is where it went downhill.

NE way going to bed now... hopefully the logger still works right now though since a whole 8 or so hours of non logging would really kill stats and enable spammers to get in.

yeah some things are really fishy right now it's really weird. Probably easier to just recode it all from scratch but that would take months.

When moving a topic, I noticed that the Anything Computers forum is on the same level as the Anything Linux forum. Shouldn’t Anything Linux be under Anything Computers?

How was everyone’s first week of school? (If that doesn’t apply, how was your week? :P )

Yeah true, it should be and I wanted to change it but never got around to it so I'll do it now that I'm thinking of it. :D

My first week was ok, This semister will be similar to last one. Next year we actually get into the fun stuff like C++, php, mysql, cisco etc.
