I didn't realize until now that the google ads are up... apparently, in adblock, I have *.googlesyndication.com/* blocked

Yeah I'm looking into a php way to make the server request the ads but because it's javascript and it has to pass variables client side, not sure how it can be done. I also heard firefox will soon have an adblocker by default and that is bad for most site owners. If mozilla does dominate and in fact have an adblocker by default you'll see lot of sites shut down including AF and Iceteks.

Actually our dollar is doing well because of Bush. The rate is like 1.2 last I checked. But I hope it goes up since my google checks are in US dollars.

Yeah those ads are rather entertaining sometimes. When I post allot in a thread you'll sometimes get some ads for rodent control products and squirrel conservation.

One thing about the cold I noticed is that it makes for some very nice scenery in the morning. There was this frost/fog in the air it was awesome. Especially last night with the lights, it was as if the clouds were super low but it was the effect the light was having in the non-moving fog and smoke. Really cool.

Yeah no kidding, is it still raining? Man that must suck... for a good Christmas it has to be at least -5 or lower, well perfect weather is like -10 with no wind, but like that's going to happen here. But honestly the -39 last night was beautiful because of the fogish frost type smoke in the air.

EDIT: Now that I think about it, that makes sense. The air must be sucked in before it can be blown out.

I just found a way to block ad blockers. I will have to do some intensive testing in a non productive environement and see how well it does. If it works well and does not disturb the ad's performance I will proceed to impliment it here and Iceteks. That's sooooooo evil of me.

But business is business. And got to stay ahead.
