...oh yeah, tux racer went commercial, but the old [v.61] version is still free.

tux racer haha I noticed a game called that on my server's red hat installation. I wanted to try it but never got around to so far. Sounds more intersting the the windows default games.

it's kinda fun. You guide tux as he slides on his belly down various downhill courses. Unfortuantely it looks like the free version is dead now since it went commercial. You can get a free demo though.
