Wow, I can imagine what kind of reply I will get then! lol

We can compare it, maybe they have a template that automaticly replies as soon as the system detects a complain for animal testing.

There were different categories for replies, I used "other". There was no category for complaints, of course.

lol I used the "other" as well.

This system still beats M$ support though. At least they replied.
