Time to bring this thread back up!
This is an updated picture of my cat! I decided to send it to PETA for their campaign against Iams live cat/dog slicing and the other unmentioned things they do.

She's a siamese.
She loves attacking things that move.
When she wants to play, her eyes get very red. Watch out those moving toes under the blankies.

My sister has 2 cats in the house, they sleep all day and play all night! You can hear them romping through the house at night playing with their toys. If I spend the night there, I have to leave the bedroom door open or one of her cats will scratch at the door and keep everyone awake!
That cat hates closed doors! He likes to go around and check every room at night!

hey, that's how my cat is! She likes to play, and get's very playfull at around 5:00AM. My parants get awaken easly (oh, did I mention she runs back and forth pushing her toys around?
) but that's the time I sleep very hard so she never wakes me up. She "plays" with me at night and I don't know, but when I get in the shower, ouch.

We don't have that problem with the goldfish in the garden pond.
There's just way too many and no one to give them to. Some of those fish are frying size!

I have 2 dogs, a mini daxie and a border collie
They're wonderful to come home to in the evenings! Both were destined to be put down, unless homes were found for them, as the owners were leaving in both cases, something that happens all to frequently here.
A more recent addition was 2 "Silkies". They're rather like bantams and are "rounded up" by the collie throughout the day.

Hehe they are nice. It's funny to see both of them concentrated so hard on getting that lizard.

I'm sure they are.
My cat is anyway. I'm her personal drug dealer or something, I should start cutting on the cat nip myself. j/k

I don't know if catnip would have the same effect on a squirrel...if it did...

Yup, they are! Taken for walks around a nearby dam first thing in the morning. They'll pester hell out of me until they're in the car. They're fed in the evening and get some biltong (believe it's called jerky [sp] in the US and Canada) at bedtime.
They also sulk when I go off to work, but forget all about it when I get home!

Animals are a lot smarter than people give then credit for.
My Mother had a dog once that would get in her suitcase when she went to pack for a trip. And 2 miles from my house the dog would start yelping, jumping all around the car, so excited...he knew where he was going.
