what is the highest luck you have gotten on a suit?

Mostly the same ones I listed before. The keys to a high resist/lmc/lrc luck suit are the crafted arms, legs, gloves, hat and gorget. These pieces need to have close to 140 luck, very good resists and 8 lmc and some lrc. You also need very good earrings or an uber necklace in place of the gorget. In order to craft such pieces, you need to burn through LOTS of brsks and spined leather.

im trying to make a suit with 1200-1500 with 100% lrc and at least 60's all resists, but the thing is i dont have all the artys and the runics to burn..............

Well, need to get runics to burn then. Certain suits are/can be very arty heavy and certain other suits rely heavily on top of the line crafted items.
I think I was happy to have 100 LRC and 1500+ luck on my tamer, everything else is probably terrible.

Well i dont exactly need the resist, and i burned like 70 charges of the blue leather runic kit (wich i got from a vendor that was selling them like 10 charges for 1k

i bought em all) and still only got like 4 good peices which werent really good.

Spined runic kits are useless for what you are after.
