This issue will be investigated at some point but it looks more like a movement bug then speedhacking. Getting stuck in water does not really put you at an advantage.

Who cares. If they are hacking, let em hack, if not, whatever. It certainly doesn't bother me any if they are or aren't, as i never seem to have a problem taking either of them down. It's obviously not meddling with game mechanics enough.
